Can you send just one man and I will help?
We can but we avoid it as it is not safe, only for rare cases with really small items we can make an exception.

How can I pay?
We accept cash on completion or credit card payments. For Corporate clients or Agencies, we can offer Bank transfer as well.

Does the price include boxes and packing?
We can provide boxes and packing materials for an extra fee. We also offer packing and unpacking services for extra time payable at preferential rates.

Can I book just box delivery without packing?
Yes, we offer box delivery both as single service and as part of the relocation process – box delivery, packing & moving. Keep in mind that when hiring us for box delivery, there’s a minimum of 15 boxes!

Can you handle big pieces of furniture – sofas, bed, wardrobes, pianos, safes?
Yes, we do that. For really heavy items and higher floors, some extra fees will apply due to the specifications of the work.

Do you dismantle the furniture and put them back up?
All of our Moving Teams are trained and equipped with the necessary tools to help with basic furniture assembly and disassembly.

Does your insurance have limits for each item?
Our Insurance is a package for the whole move there is no restriction for single items.

Who is responsible to arrange parking on the moving locations?

Our clients are responsible for arranging or covering parking while we are working for them.

Do you do same day services?
Yes, depending on how busy we are.

Do you offer Storage?
Yes we do! It is calculated on monthly basis.

Can you do overseas moves?
No we cannot provide that.

How do you price a service?
Our moving services are calculated depending on volume, distance and time. Call us to get an exact quote according to your needs.

What kind of vehicles do you use?
We use a 16′ and 26′ trucks, equipped properly for moving services.

When can we contact to book a service?
Our Lines are open 24/7, so you are free to contact us virtually at any time.

Can customers travel with you in the truck?
Sorry, but we’re obliged by the Florida law not to take passengers in our vehicles.

Can you handle various art and antique objects?
Yes, We are capable of handling the relocation of art and antiques with care.

Do you provide consultation on-site (viewing)?
Yes, we do. In our years of experience, we’ve learned that a no-obligation consultation on-site can help a customer take the right decision about the moving, as well as let our team find the best approach with dealing with your specific situation.

When do I have to pay?
After the service is done.

What if I need to cancel a service?
Bookings can be cancelled free of charge with just 48 hours notice.

What kind of moving boxes do you use?
Standard boxes (16 in. L x 12 in. W x 12 in.) 
If you need to pack small items, books, documents or files.

Large boxes (18 in. L x 18 in. W x 16 in.)
Best for packing kitchen appliances, kitchenware, flatware and glassware. Widely used these boxes are great both for office and home removals.

Wardrobe boxes (24 in. L x 24 in. W x 44 in.)
Special box with metal hanger bar inside. It’s perfect for storing and moving clothes directly with their hangers.

What size of truck will I need?
The size of the truck you need depends on what you need moved. When booking a moving you will be asked for some details about the items you need relocated. Based on that information – our moving company sends the most appropriate truck, so all of your belongings fit in it.

Can I get packing materials from you and pack my items by myself?
Yes, you can, but have in mind that the boxes shouldn’t be heavier than 40-45lbs (20kg). This way is easier to carry the boxes, no matter if you use our moving services or if you are moving yourself!

Is there a minimum quantity if I want to get packing materials from you?
Yes there is, 15 packing boxes are the minimum quantity.

Is it possible the packing to be done before the moving day?
In most of the cases it’s recommended to pack prior to the moving day. The exception are small moves, when everything can be done in one day.

Can I collect the moving boxes from your office?
We are afraid not. However we will be happy to deliver the boxes to your home!

Can I move my house over the weekend, overnight or on bank holidays?
Yes, our moving services can be booked for every day of the week, at any time. Have in mind, that there is an extra fee for working overnight (after 7:00pm).

How many men will I need do my moving?
Depending on your needs and the quantity of the items you need to relocate and your schedule/needs, your moving crew could be up to three men. Our staff will provide you with a sufficient number of movers based on the job.

How long does it take to move house?
There are many factors on which depends the time for any moving process. Our staff will calculate estimate time based on the amount of your belongings that will be moved plus the travel distance to the destination point. There are also other factors that affect the time needed for the move, like the parking. As close, the truck is to the load/unload point – as faster the job will be finished.

Are there hidden taxes, or extra charges?
We believe in transparency, so our quote is based on the calculated estimate time for the moving, based on the information we have. There are no hidden taxes.
Extra charges could be applied only if there is some unexpected situation or delay (like taking extra moving, or packing), so our initial quote is not guaranteed 100% as a final one.

What are we NOT allowed to move or store?
Please bear in mind that we are not allowed to move items which are: dangerous or hazardous materials,  stolen and illegal goods, perishable, environmentally harmful or explosive goods, any type of drugs,  bio-hazardous items and poisons,  weapons and firearms.

Are you fully insured?
Yes, our moving service is fully insured for all of your stuff! Have in mind, that your belonging should be packed by us for that, as otherwise, we cannot guarantee the items are packed properly for the relocation process.
